The Donaldson Company's new Ultrapac Smart dryer removes condensate and dries compressed air streams in manufacturing facilities using three separate stages: filtration, drying, and purification.

Highly pure compressed air is essential for food and beverage applications, such as beer, bottled water, milk, wine, and yogurt.

The design of the Ultrapac Smart dryer allows it to be installed between large equipment, conveyor lines, and other machines. There are three versions, Superplus, Plus, and Standard, with a modular design, and the dryer can be installed vertically, horizontally, or on the wall.

As a compact, stand-alone, plug-and-play solution, all Ultrapac Smart dryer components, including the filter element and dryer cartridge, are easy to access and replace. The dryer uses a depth filter and Donaldson's UltraPleat filtration technology to optimally separate liquid particles, increase water vapor adsorption capacity, reduce pressure loss, and save compressed air energy.

In addition, the dryer cartridge uses a spring-loaded design to help increase the adsorption efficiency in the dryer, and the benefits are felt even when the dryer is mounted horizontally.
